Dextra finally got a fawn, and took it back. He soon found Shorty and gave her the fawn. He sat and watched her eat.

Shorty ate some and pushed the rest forward to Dextra. She looked around and saw the fawns mother stearing at them, she looked at Dextra and growled "you could have got a male deer", she stood up andd walked towards the deer limping. Shorty hung her head and put her tail between her legs as to say sorry, The deer headbutted Shorty making her fall to the ground then ran away into the bushes. Shorty howled in pain as the pain ran through her.

Dextra leapt quickly, in pain, over. "That wasn't the mother of that fawn, The fawn was dead." Dextra said. He was telling the truth. "I found it dead. That may have been the mother, but I found that fawn dead. Otherwise I wouldn't of got it." He geltly licked Shorty.

Shorty looked up saddly then licked his muzzle, She slowly stood up and walked away back to the cave where Buck will be waiting for her.

Dextra followed her back, after eating the remains of the fawn.

Jewely awoke and looked around. she sighed then rolled around in the dirt.

Nokata was still sleeping.

Alex slept next to Nokata.

Blood also awoke and looked at Jewely. he looked around for the others.

Shorty limped into the cave and fell to the ground just when she was in the enterince. Buck snored away happily in his own world.

Jewely rolled back over and layed her head on her paws.

Nokata opened her eyes.

Alex slept.

Blood looked at Nokata and Jewely. he then walked to Shorty and nuzzled her neck like he would a sister.

Shorty whined as pain struck her again, she slowly moved her paw to a more comftable place and whinced at the pain. Buck opened his eyes and trotted over to Shorty and sunggled into her side.

Jewely whimpered wanting attion.

Nokata and Alex were still alseep.

Blood looked at Jewely not knowing what she wanted.

Shorty smiled as Buck came over and snuggled to her side, she licked his head then licked dextras head, she then turned to Blood and licked his head. Buck started to groom Shorty.

Blood wagged his tail then walked to Jewely. he layed beside her and groomed her.

Jewely wagged her tail as he did. She would rather have Buck but knew she had no chance.

Nokata awoke and streched out.

Alex also awoke. he looked at Jewely and Blood surprised that she would even let him touch her.

Shorty growled at Jewley like she could read her mind she got up and limped over to Jewley and bit her ear while she attacked her with her good paw. Buck jumped up and got to Shorty side trying to pull her away but Shorty never let go, Buck growled and barked but she still wouldnt go.

Jewely snarled and reached out to bite Shorty under her neck. she did hard and didnt let go.

Blood jumped up and snarled at the 2 to stop.

Alex looked at them alittle out of it because he was still tired.

Nokata stood up and rumbbled at them. she barked and growled.

Shorty yelped then swipped at Jewley with her claws leaving scratch marks all down her side with blood coming out, she then bit down hard on top of Jewleys neck not letting go but digging right in. Buck let out a loud bark but that still didnt stop Shorty.

Jewely snarled andpushed Shorty on her back. she stood on her where she was paralized and had to let go of her neck. Jewely then let go of hers snapping and snarling at her. her hair stood up and teeth showed while her ears were pinned. she looked evil for once.

Alex knew she would not kill her unless she really had to so he let them go.

Nokata barked.

Blood just watched.

Shorty layed there paralized under Jewley. Buck got furious, he ran to the side of the cave and ran strat at Jewley raming into her so she flies through the air whacking the wall, Buck watched her slide down and lay there. Buck licked Shortys head and nudged her to get up.

Jewely gasped and yelped. she layed there hurting. she was now done with Buck.

Nokata gasped and snarled at Buck.

Alex and Blood Diamond snarled, pinned their ears, showed their teeth and bristled their fur. they hated when males would hurt females. Females were supposed to be loved and treated well, not hurt. NEVER hurt. Only whimp males would do that to females.

Shorty layed there still not doing anything. Buck turned to face the others he guarded Shorty he pinned his ears back, bared his teeth,bristled his fur then let out a massive growl then massive loud barks. He had never looked so visous in his life. He had red eyes glaring at everyone and razzer sharp teeth showed, he snapped at the 2 males telling them to back off then towards the other female.

"WHY would YOU do THAT?!" Alex snarled. "shes not a killer! she just teaches others not to mess with her. she doesnt kill!"

Blood stood beside Alex he huntched his back ready to attack.

Jewely still layed there. she hurt badly and whimpered.

Nokata walked to Jewely and nuzzled her neck.

Shorty still layed there still and hurt. Buck still growled and look viscous, he was only protecting Shorty as she was already in pain and a sore could be broken leg.

Jewely whimpered. she looked at Buck.

Nokata looked at Buck. "she shouldnt of bit Jewely if she didnt want to get hurt again. Give pain get pain is what my mom always told me."

Blood and Alex still stood there looking evil.

Buck just growled and picked Shorty up by the scruf and slowly dragged her out of the cave and away from the others, He just went to the place where they first meet.

Jewely shook off as she stood up. her one side hurt like a bruise but she walked it off.

Blood tried to lick Jewel's muzzle but she pulled away.

Alex watched them leave.

Nokata also watched them leave.

Buck put her down softly and layed down beside her, He didnt know when she was gonna wake up. He pricked his ears hearing a twig snap, Buck jumped up and started to growl and bark he was sick and tired of all these mountian lions. The lion jumped out attacking Buck trying to get to Shorty since she was an easyer target, Buck bit the lions neck and dug right deep but the lion swipped at him and made him fly into the bushes. The lion attacked Shorty over and over again trying to kill her since these wolves had killed her mate, Buck jumped out of the bushes and tackled the lion off Shorty but it was too late she was killed. Buck got furious and dug right deep in the lions neck, the lion swipped at him making him bleed and have a scar just like Shortys. Buck bit and bit harder and harder for every bit killing the lion making her weak. Buck now knew she was gonna die so he left her to die he painfully walked over to Shorty and licked her muzzle once then walked off. He started to walked past the cave blood dripping from his body leaving a trail, he looked once in the cave saddly and fell to the ground in pain and saddness making a little puddle of blood.
