Shorty looked up at the 2 male scared then looked over at Buck who also had blood on his muzzle, she steared in shock. She got up painfully and took off towards the cave limping all the way, She got scared of all the blood on their muzzles but they didnt know though. Shorty limped straight into the cave with blood dripping off her leg she walked straight past the other 3 and to a little hide out. Buck steared in shock in the way she ran.

Jewely and Nokata slept.

Blood licked his muzzle clean and walked back to the cave. he saw Jewely and became jealous. he grunted and layed down.

Alex walked after him. his muzzle still dripped. he walked and cleaned it. he saw Nokata and sat near the cave intrence.

Buck walked in and saw no sign of Shorty he sighed and walked in, he layed down with a whine next to Dextra and the 2 females. Shorty hid away seeing them walking into the cave with blood on their muzzles still, She had never seen Buck fight like that before and go scared like mad.

Alex sat there looking around. he was bored.

Blood Diamond sat down and faced the females and Dextra. he groomed himself.

Nokata layed with her head on Dextra's shoulder. she slept well and hoped he would be ok.

Jewely also slept good. her head was on Dextra's back. she snuggled close.

Shorty layed in her spot shaking of the thought of Buck and the lion she slowly fell asleep. Buck put his head on his paws hoping Shorty will come back he slowly fell asleep too.

Jewely slowing awoke. she lifted her head and licked Dextra's back. she then yawned and layed her head back down.

Nokata still slept.

Blood watched her awake. she wagged his tail. he had a blood stain on his muzzle.

Alex watched around for danger.

Shorty still slept so did Buck.

Jewely looked at his muzzle and stood up. she went to him and licked his muzzle and groomed him. her tail moved like a cats did.

Nokata looked at Blood when she awoke finaly. she snorted and groomed Dextar.

Blood wagged his tail faster and licked her muzzle.

Alex looked behind him but then turned back and watched some more.

In the morning.... Shorty still was in her little hid out, she tryed to get up but a shock of pain zapped through her front paw, she cryed in pain only just a little. Buck woke and got up, he yarned and had a good stretch he looked around but still saw no Shorty. Buck walked to the entery of the cave and let out a loud ear shrecking howl.

Jewely got up hearing the howl. she was now laying next to Blood Diamond. she looked at Buck and stretched as she stood up.

Nokata layed next to Dextra still.

Alex didnt fall asleep at all. he had a felling something bad was going to happen.

Blood awoke when Jewely moved and he looked at her.

Shorty stayed where she was she was still shaking. Buck stopped howling and walked outside and layed down with his head in his paws, he was so scared and lonely.

Jewely felt bad for him. she walked over to him and nuzzled his neck.

Nokata awoke and saw where Jewely was.

Blood grunted seeing Jewely leave his side.

Alex still watched. he howled for Shorty seeing how Buck was acting.

Shorty sighed she couldnt move cause her paw had gotten worse but she still didnt want to see them until she had calm down. Buck looked up at Jewley and smiled weakly then put his face under his paws he had hid away.

Dextra just awoke; he was in great pain. He then saw saw all the other wolves and blushed, he had never seen somany. He licked the wolf next to him, and carfully got up. But he fell down straight after and howled in pain. He was hungry, and tryed to move, but was un-sucsessful. So he called for Shorty.

Shorty looked up as she heard the howl she wanted to go but all she could see in her mind were the flash-backs of Buck fighting, she crindged at the thought and hid away again. Buck whined under his paws but didnt get up even when he heard that Dextra was awake.

Then, Dextra choked. He was getting worse. These might be his last minutes. He weakly called for Shorty; if these were his last minutes he wanted to be with her. He was weakening.

Shorty cryed softly and tryed to get up, she got up and limped out of her hiding place, When she was around the corner in veiw of the others she let out a cry of pain. Her leg was getting worse, She flopped to the ground with a whimper stearing saddly at Dextra. Buck jumped as soon as he heard the cry and sprinted over to Shorty he wimpered and licked her leg. Shorty whined as that light touch made a streak of pain go through her leg, Buck looked at her saddly then at the scar she had on her face going down from her eye.

Desperatly, Dextra made his way to Shorty. He lay next to her and snuggled close.

Shorty whinced as another shock of pain went through her, she licked Dextras head and layed her head back down. Buck snuggled closer to Shorty and started to groom her.

Night was coming. If the two survived the night, it was likely that they would live. Dextra winned for food.

Buck got up and sprinted out of the cave to get some massive deer, he came back dragging two in his mouth he dropped them infront of Shorty and Dextra then sprinted off again to get some for him and the others. Shorty looked at the deer and slowly started to eat it.

Dextra slowly dug into his, virtuly like slow motion digging into his food. He soon had finished and starte to fall alseep.

Shorty had finished hers by the time Buck came back with another 2 deers, Buck dropped them infront of the others took a chunk out of one and trotted over to Shorty and started to eat his. Shorty smiled and slowly went to sleep.

soon it was morning. Dextra awoke because he was now red, and he had some streath now. He got up, and cleaned his wounds. Then he looked around. The others were alseep. He went to Shorty and nudged her a tiny bit. Then, leaving her be, went out o get breakfast.

Shorty woke up finding Dextra gone, She got up slowly trying not to hurt herself and limped after him trying to find him. Buck snored away still asleep, Shorty walked out of the entrance and sniffed the ground finding his scent and following it.
